Turn to the next page in your math booklet. We will do both sides again. At the top of the first page it says "Decomposing Numbers #2.
On the back of that page it says Reading Numbers Using Base Ten Blocks (Up to 200) #1.
On both of these pages, count how many base ten blocks there are and write the total number underneath each picture. On the first page you will write it in the chart like we practiced on our whiteboards in class.
Max time: 5 min.
This work is in the booklet with the words Math Facts highlighted in yellow.
The next page that we will do is Math Facts - Adding 3 and 8. Solve as many of the math facts on this page as you can in 5 minutes!

Take out your Language Arts booklet (the one with the green cover), and turn to the next page. At the bottom, it will say Reading and Writing Workbook * Consonant Blends and it is Page 111 and 112
These pages are about blends similar to what you have been working on the past couple of days.
#1-5: Use the blends in the box (bl, cl, fl, fr, sn, st) to fill in the blanks in the sentence to make words that will make sense in those sentences.
#6-9: Match a blend to an ending to make a word and write it on the line. For example: #6. sn what ending can you add from the column beside it to make a word? Is it own, out, ap, or eam?
APPLY: Can you find some blend words in a book or can you think of a couple of your own words that start with the st, cl and br blends? Otherwise write some of the blends found on this page or in your Phonics book. Then write 3 sentences using some of those words.
Max time: 10-15 min
Take out your Phonics Book (the one with the dogs on front).
Topic: Consonant Blends which is when 2 consonants come together to make a new sound.
Do Page 103:
#1-6: Write the beginning blend for each picture on the line.
#7-11: Circle the word at the end of each sentence that finishes the sentence. Write it on the line!
Max time: 10-15 min
Take out your Spelling booklet (yellow cover). We are going to practice Unit#11 spelling words today using the first page (you can do both sides).
You will need to find a dice. You can gently remove the Creative Spelling page from the back of the booklet or you can use the Unique Spelling one that you used on Monday. Roll the dice and write the words in the box in the way that it tells you.
We will do some extra practice of all of these new words in the days ahead.😊
